📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and track customer accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Assess and evaluate customer credit applications, determining creditworthiness and risk.
• Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to minimize financial losses.
• Coordinate with sales and finance teams to resolve payment disputes and negotiate payment plans.
• Utilize SAP and QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records and generate reports.
• Conduct regular reviews of customer accounts to identify and address potential issues.
• Provide excellent customer service, explaining credit policies and assisting customers with payment arrangements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in credit and collections management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in credit and collections, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of credit management principles, financial regulations, and accounting practices.
• Proficiency in using SAP and QuickBooks for financial reporting and analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in credit management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
