Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Officer

In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, conduct regular safety audits, and provide training to employees on health and safety protocols. You'll also work closely with local authorities to ensure our operations are in line with environmental laws and regulations. With your expertise in EHS management, you'll help Private Advertiser maintain a strong reputation for safety and sustainability in Bali's dynamic business landscape.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international regulations
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards
• Provide training and education to employees on health and safety protocols, emergency procedures, and environmental best practices
• Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with our operations
• Work closely with local authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations
• Investigate and report on incidents, accidents, and near-misses to prevent future occurrences
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure our EHS program remains effective and relevant

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in EHS management, with a strong focus on health and safety
• Certification as an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) professional, such as a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or a Certified Safety Professional - Health and Safety (CSP-HS)
• Solid understanding of environmental regulations and best practices, particularly in Bali
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Experience using EHS management software, such as SAP EHS, or similar tools
• Ability to travel and work in multiple locations across Bali as needed
