Point Crystal Lestari is seeking a talented and dedicated Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and a passion for building a diverse and inclusive workforce. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from our office in Medan and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the company's requirements.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate performance.,Maintain a strong understanding of the company's culture and values to ensure a good fit for candidates.,Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and requirements.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate communication, and onboarding.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Provide feedback and guidance to other team members on recruitment-related tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and software.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
