Crown Camp Sentosa is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Supervisor to join our team. As a Lead Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our camp activities and the well-being of our campers. This is a full-time position based in Solo, Central Java.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and supervise daily camp activities to ensure safety and enjoyment for all campers.,Manage and mentor a team of camp staff to maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of camp events and programs.,Implement and enforce camp policies and procedures to maintain a safe and orderly environment.,Handle campers' concerns and issues promptly and professionally.,Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance, provide feedback, and address any issues.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the hospitality or tourism industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian culture and customs.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
