📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide personalized and attentive service to clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.,Assist with daily tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing travel arrangements, and coordinating events.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in all interactions and communications.,Coordinate with various service providers to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.,Monitor and report on client interactions and service delivery to ensure continuous improvement.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance service quality.,Act as a liaison between clients and the company, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing or service-oriented role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using office software and communication tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with remote work and virtual collaboration tools.
