📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure that the restaurant meets health and safety standards, and that all staff are trained and certified in food safety and handling.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and to increase sales and revenue.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.,Lead and motivate the restaurant staff, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new ideas and innovations to improve the restaurant's performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Knowledge of food and beverage service, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.,Familiarity with restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well in a team and to collaborate with other departments and stakeholders.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
