In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing learning and development programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge,Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized training programs,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth,Conduct needs assessments and provide recommendations for new training programs,Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between learning and development initiatives and business goals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles,Experience in developing and delivering e-learning modules,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant learning and development tools,Fluency in Indonesian and English
