📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to identify the best candidates for our organization.,Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a good fit between candidates and roles.,Conduct interviews and make data-driven hiring decisions.,Leverage recruitment technologies and tools to streamline the hiring process.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and industry networks.,Provide guidance and support to the recruitment team to ensure high-quality hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
