📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily retail operations to ensure customer satisfaction and sales targets are met.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.,Train and supervise store staff to maintain high levels of service and productivity.,Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and other store activities.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail operations or inventory management.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and inventory management best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant retail software.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
