Diamond Fast Ekspansindo is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Purwokerto. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet management system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics or fleet management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for efficiency and organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.,Track fuel consumption and manage fuel expenses.,Assist in the preparation and management of vehicle documentation and records.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Assist in the implementation of fleet safety protocols and procedures.,Provide support in the organization and planning of fleet-related activities.,Assist in the resolution of any issues or challenges related to fleet management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
