📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.,Track fuel consumption and manage fuel expenses.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they adhere to safety protocols and company policies.,Assist in the preparation of reports on fleet performance and operational efficiency.,Support in the organization of vehicle documentation and records.,Participate in the planning and execution of fleet-related projects.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new drivers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
