📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings.,Conduct initial interviews and gather candidate information.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Basic understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluent in Indonesian, with English proficiency a plus.
