Sehati Lestari Health Center is looking for a dedicated Assistant Telesales to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the telesales process, managing customer inquiries, and contributing to the growth of our health services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the telesales process by handling customer inquiries and providing information about our health services.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales data.,Collaborate with the telesales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.,Assist in the development and implementation of telesales strategies to improve sales performance.,Stay updated with the latest developments in the healthcare industry to provide accurate information to customers.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies.,Assist in the organization and coordination of telesales campaigns and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telesales or customer service in the healthcare industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.
