📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop high-performance electrical systems for electric vehicles.
• Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations to optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with mechanical, software, and systems engineers to integrate electrical components into vehicle designs.
• Develop and implement testing protocols to ensure the reliability and safety of electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electrical systems.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in automotive electrical engineering.
• Mentor and train junior engineers on best practices and technical standards.
• Participate in project reviews and provide technical input to ensure project success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in automotive electrical engineering, with a focus on EV systems.
• Proven experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or PTC Creo.
• Familiarity with simulation tools like MATLAB and ANSYS.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including battery management, power electronics, and motor control.
• Certification in ISO/TS 16949 or equivalent quality management systems is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
