📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Train and develop the bar team to maintain and enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Create and implement a bar menu featuring innovative cocktails and beverages.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure the bar is well-stocked.
• Coordinate with the front office and housekeeping teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the bar area.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting.
• Proven experience in training and developing bar staff.
• Strong knowledge of mixology and the ability to create and craft innovative cocktails.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
