📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

Manage and mentor store staff, providing training and development opportunities.

Implement sales and marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and increase sales.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Prepare and present regular reports on store performance to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.

Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using retail management software and tools.
