The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial accounting and a passion for retail. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in our office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Analyze financial data to provide insights and support decision-making.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the payroll process for employees.,Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Conduct audits and reviews of financial transactions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a retail or similar environment.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
