📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Handle procurement and vendor management to support smooth operations.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication.,Monitor and maintain office equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition.,Assist in organizing and coordinating events, meetings, and other activities as needed.,Support the HR team with administrative tasks and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the management team as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or administrative roles.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and procurement processes.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Willingness to work in a hybrid model (office and remote).
