📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Support financial analysis and reporting, using tools like SAP and Oracle.
• Participate in HR activities, including employee onboarding, training programs, and performance evaluations.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.
• Attend and contribute to team meetings, presentations, and workshops.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and budgets.
