📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations of the F&B service, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Ensuring that all food and beverage items are prepared and presented according to the highest standards of quality and safety.,Managing a team of F&B staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Maintaining accurate records of inventory and sales, and ensuring that all financial transactions are processed correctly.,Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.,Participating in staff meetings and contributing to the development of new menu items and service initiatives.,Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the F&B service area is clean and well-maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the F&B industry.,A strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,A proven track record of success in managing a team and achieving operational goals.,Experience with inventory management and financial reporting.,A high school diploma or equivalent, with additional relevant certifications or training in the F&B industry.
