📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process from start to finish, ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently.,Lead and manage a team of production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Monitor production schedules and ensure they are met, while also identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.,Conduct quality control checks to ensure all products meet the required standards.,Communicate effectively with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure production goals are aligned with business objectives.,Implement and monitor production metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards in the workplace.,Develop and implement training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of the production team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a similar discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Proficient in using production management software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
