Resto Gita Health Center is seeking a dynamic and energetic Lead Sales Promotion Boy to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our products and services to customers. You will work closely with our sales team to achieve our sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales promotion strategies to drive customer engagement and increase sales.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, and use this information to tailor our sales approach.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, both new and existing.,Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues that may arise.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales team and management.,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in sales messaging and branding.,Attend trade shows, events, and other promotional activities to showcase our products and services.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.,Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and diplomacy.,Knowledge of the food and beverage industry is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian language is required.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
