Mall Leasing Specialist - Commercial Property & Retail Space Management

Festival Supermall Inc. is looking for a Mall Leasing Specialist to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. This role is crucial in shaping the commercial landscape of one of the region's most dynamic retail destinations. As a Mall Leasing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and leasing commercial properties and retail spaces within our mall, ensuring optimal occupancy and tenant satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and lease commercial properties and retail spaces within the mall
• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue
• Negotiate leases and contracts with tenants, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Conduct market research and tenant analysis to identify leasing opportunities
• Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure tenant satisfaction and property upkeep
• Monitor rental performance and provide regular reports to management
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to stay updated on market trends
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and potential lessees

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mall leasing, retail property management, or a similar role
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Knowledge of local and national real estate laws and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record of achieving leasing targets and maximizing rental income
• Familiarity with retail and commercial property markets in Bali
