PT Tunas Mahkota is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Staff to join our team in Badung, Bali. This is an immediate opening and we are looking for someone who can start right away.

As a Procurement Staff at PT Tunas Mahkota, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, from identifying supplier needs to negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and evaluate supplier needs and requirements.
  • Research and identify potential suppliers.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers.
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
  • Manage the procurement process from start to finish.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records.
  • Provide procurement support to other departments as needed.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with procurement software and systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
