Base Spot Unggul is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Ciamis, Jawa Barat. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide exceptional service and culinary experiences to our customers. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from Rp 14.000.000 to Rp 18.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure that the restaurant meets health and safety regulations, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and increase sales and revenue.,Train and develop staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable and skilled in their roles, and that they provide excellent customer service.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve the restaurant's profitability.,Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure that we are receiving high-quality ingredients and products at competitive prices.,Represent the restaurant at industry events and conferences, and build relationships with other professionals in the hospitality industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role in the restaurant or hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu development, cost control, and inventory management.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.
