We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team in Bali. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth operations. This is a contract position with the potential for full-time opportunities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and execution of sales activities, including client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.,Maintain and update sales records and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.,Prepare and distribute sales reports, including performance metrics and market analysis.,Assist in the organization of sales events, workshops, and trade shows.,Provide administrative support to the sales team, including travel arrangements, accommodation, and other logistics.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.,Monitor and track sales performance, providing feedback and support to the sales team.,Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotes, and contracts for clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or administrative role, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
