📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and management.,Manage the accounting and financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions and strategic planning.,Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with external auditors, accountants, and financial advisors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.,Proven track record of managing financial operations and driving financial performance.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and GAAP or IFRS standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.,Experience working in an international or multicultural environment is a plus.
