📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues that may arise.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and drive sales growth.,Manage and train restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff, to ensure they are providing excellent service and following company policies and procedures.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment, and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Work closely with the company's executive team to develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve the restaurant's performance and profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and food and beverage preparation and service.,Familiarity with marketing and sales strategies, and the ability to develop and implement effective tactics to drive sales growth.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals.
