Bigsam.co.id is seeking a dedicated Sports Field Administrator to manage and maintain our sports facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of our sports fields, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to the overall success of our sports community. This is a full-time position located in Jakarta Utara, Jakarta Raya.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of sports fields, including cleaning, repairs, and equipment upkeep.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of supplies and services.,Manage bookings and reservations for sports fields, ensuring efficient use of resources.,Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.,Enforce safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure environment for all users.,Organize and participate in sports events and tournaments to promote the use of our facilities.,Maintain accurate records of field usage, maintenance activities, and customer interactions.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the use of our sports facilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sports facility management or a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with sports equipment and maintenance practices.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
