Accounting Staff - Financial Transactions & Record Management

Co Ban Kiat Hardware, Inc. is looking for a dedicated Accounting Staff to join our team in Badung, Bali. This role is crucial in ensuring the financial transactions and record management of our growing hardware business. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting our finance team in achieving our financial goals.

In this role, you will work closely with our finance team to ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and processed. You will use tools like QuickBooks and Excel to manage and analyze financial data. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Record and maintain all financial transactions accurately using QuickBooks and Excel.
• Process and verify invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to the finance team.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other financial documents.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Provide support to the finance team in achieving financial goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or financial transactions.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
