• Analyze marketing data and admissions metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in school admissions and marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in school admissions and marketing, preferably in a Christian school setting.
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting and enrolling students.
• Strong knowledge of marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Canva.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Familiarity with educational software and platforms, such as PowerSchool and Schoology.
• Certification in school admissions or marketing is a plus.
