Join Intrias Mandiri Sejati as a Merchant Success Executive and play a pivotal role in expanding our merchant network across Bali’s most vibrant regions, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. This is a dynamic field acquisition and growth role where you’ll be the face of our company, building relationships with local merchants, understanding their needs, and driving their success with our innovative solutions.

As part of a growing team in Bali, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure our merchants are fully supported and achieving their business goals. You’ll use tools like Salesforce and Google Workspace to manage your pipeline, track performance, and collaborate with your team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and prospect new merchant opportunities in targeted areas of Bali.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing merchants.
• Present our solutions and demonstrate their value to merchants.
• Assist in onboarding new merchants and ensuring they are set up for success.
• Monitor merchant performance and provide feedback and support to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to drive merchant growth.
• Use Salesforce and Google Workspace to manage your pipeline and track performance.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of field acquisition strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of the retail or hospitality industry, with a focus on merchant success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proficient in using Salesforce and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with the Bali market and local merchant needs is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
