As an intern, you'll work closely with our team to handle daily operations, analyze sales data, and contribute to our marketplace growth initiatives using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Shopify.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize daily e-commerce operations, including order processing, inventory management, and customer service.
• Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies, including digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and manage promotional activities, such as discounts and flash sales.
• Support the development and maintenance of our online store on Shopify, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
• Assist in managing supplier relationships and coordinating logistics for product deliveries.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and solutions for marketplace growth.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
