📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the company's exploration activities in the Bangka Belitung region.
• Develop and implement strategic exploration plans aligned with the company's long-term goals.
• Manage a team of geologists, engineers, and other exploration professionals.
• Utilize advanced technologies such as GIS, remote sensing, and drilling to identify and assess mineral deposits.
• Conduct field assessments and analyze data to make informed decisions.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with senior management to drive innovation and sustainable growth.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the mining and exploration industry, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of successful exploration projects.
• Certifications in GIS, remote sensing, or drilling technologies are a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Indonesian mining regulations and environmental standards.
