📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage export and import documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and commercial invoices.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth transportation of goods.
• Manage customer relations, providing excellent service and support to international clients.
• Monitor and report on trade performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in international trade operations.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Experience with trade documentation software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
